Steve holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Management. In 2013, he commenced his Commercial Real Estate career in a research role in Ottawa. Steve moved to Calgary in 2014 and transitioned into a Sales position where he focused on Office Leasing, representing both Tenants and Landlords. ​​​​​​​Steve witnessed both the highs and lows of the volatile Office Leasing Market in Calgary during his three (3) year tenure. Over this time, he has demonstrated his ability to think outside-the-box and execute on creative solutions for his clients. He has gained valuable experience working with some of Canada's largest Commercial Landlord's and a variety of Technology, Advertising, Media, and Information (TAMI) companies.

In 2017, Steve transferred back to his hometown of Ottawa to take on a leadership role within the Colliers Ottawa Branch. Steve is very passionate about his career and this is displayed through his high level of energy. He is an expert within the Office Leasing Market and is always current with tenant activity, vacancies and future availabilities. This knowledge allows Steve to add-value and to create opportunities for his network of clients by connecting like-minded companies and building owners together.
