Karen specializes in the representation of office tenants in the GTA. Karen began working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry in 1988 and has gained valuable insights into the Landlord side of the business having worked directly for Real Estate Investment Trusts, Institutional owners and Private owners including such companies as Manulife Financial, Oxford, Standard Life and Smart Centers. Karen joined Colliers in a role that allows her to utlilize these insights to benefit her clients. She has completed countless lease transactions for new premises, renewals, expansions, terminations and relocations. She has also completed sale transactions and build- to-suit deals on behalf of a chartered bank.
