David is a commercial property leasing advisor and sales representative at Colliers International. Prior to joining the brokerage, he was a Financial Analyst at Deloitte Canada, where he provided financial advisory and due diligence on merger and acquisition transactions.

He continues to deliver value to the transaction table in areas of market analysis, financial analysis, right sizing/relocation analysis, head lease/sublease/lease renewal negotiations, as well as property acquisition and disposition advisory. David’s analytical/strategic approach, in-depth market knowledge and keenness to always go the extra mile has gained him the trust from his clients to assist in real estate decisions for various organizations and corporations.
