Upon completion of his Post-Graduate program, Dil was recruited by one of Toronto’s major sports organizations. Dil’s professional experience includes Senior Management level positions within the Natural Foods Industry. Dil was successful in expanding the brands he worked with into new markets, taking the companies local reach and giving them a North American presence.

It was precisely that skill set and experience that has enabled Dil to be one of the founding members of the Canadian Colliers Technology Solutions Group which has given the Canadian market a practice group which Colliers has previously established in the United States, Australia and the U.K. 

Dil's focus is on servicing owners, investors and occupiers who have an interest or need for Mission Critical Facilities. Services include; portfolio management of data centre contracts, contract negotiation, sale-leaseback solutions, acquisition and disposition of redundant assets along with landlord or owner representation services.

Bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and thirst for improvement Dil excels in building long term meaningful relationships using strong interpersonal skills and a service oriented approach which is a sought after skillset in the technical world of IT-based real estate.
