PERSONALLY

Originally from Toronto, my wife and I married and moved to the Kawarthas in 2000 where we’ve been at the same waterfront property ever since. We were drawn to the area for its rural beauty, shining waters and proximity to the GTA, but really, we love living on the lake, and can't imagine any other way. It's where we've been raising our family; it's where we're making our memories. No more 400 series highways or living the day to day fast paced urban lifestyle of the GTA. Now, it’s country roads and the great outdoors. Our idea of a traffic jam in the Kawarthas is getting stuck behind a farmer and a hay bailer on a winding road.
 

PROFESSIONALLY

As for the professional side, hard work usually speaks for itself, and I'll give you my 100%; that I think you'll find out right away. Whatever it takes! Whether it’s going where you go on your journey to find the right property, being hands on with moving furniture around for staging or digging up and exposing some septic lids, I’ll do what it takes to get the job done.

I’ve been described by some of my past customers and clients as a hard worker with enthusiasm, commitment, and a dedication to loyalty. In this regard, my résumé says it all. Since I started my working years in my early teens, I’ve essentially had 3 jobs; 10 years at Sunnybrook Hospital in various positions, 14 years in Corporate Sales at Rogers Wireless crossing over to where I’ve currently been with RE/MAX at the same Brokerage and at the same office since 2005. Yes, I have been described as loyal.

With my last 2 careers combined, I have loads of sales, negotiating and marketing experience. Plus, I believe I’ve made the right decisions along the way with my career development and feel very blessed and fortunate indeed to now be part of the RE/MAX HALLMARK Group of Companies that offers an incredible network, an abundance of resources, and a phenomenal track record of success in the Real Estate industry second to none.

All that said, I think it is also important to note that I certainly know my way around the Kawarthas and the surrounding areas, be it the GTA (where I lived and worked before moving to the Kawarthas), Haliburton and the Muskokas, Hastings, Northumberland or Prince Edward County. When you love where you live, selling Real Estate comes easy, and I love the diversity of our region. I may be licensed to trade in Real Estate anywhere in Ontario, but I know my area of expertise, and I know when to refer you the right RE/MAX Agent when it’s out of my wheelhouse.

I could go on, but at the end of the day, your best interests are my best interests, and helping you achieve your goals is what I do. Whatever your move might be, I am here to help you with all your Real Estate needs, and our relationship doesn’t really end on closing day.
